Patricia Lohrman Obituary

Patricia Louise Lohrman, 85 of Brazil, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 21, 2026 at Hutsonwood Nursing facility. She had resided there for 8 years.

Pat was born 11/7/1940 in Danville, IN but became a lifetime resident of Brazil and attended Brazil High School. It was there that she met and later married Robert (Bob) Reese. Together they had four daughters.

In 1969, she married Charles Ronald Lohrman and had one son.

Raising her family, cooking and canning were the highlights of early life. Later on, she drove a school bus for Clay Community Schools. She was a dedicated driver and was loved by all.

Pat was the daughter of the late George and Mildred(Lowe) Steinsberger-Brendle. After her father’s death, her stepfather, Karl Brendle, became central in her life and her children’s cherished grandfather.

Tragically, in 1995, the family lost one of Pat’s daughters in a car accident. Johnna (Reese) Higgenbotham, the fourth daughter, is forever missed.

Pat is survived by daughters, Teea (Alan) Lunsford, Roberta (David) Sutherlin, and Cynthia (Bill) Stearns. One son, Paul Andrew (Andy) Lohrman and wife Jodi. She has five stepchildren also, three of whom survive. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many step grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren, too many to count.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bob Reese, daughter Johnna, and husband Ron Lohrman, sister, Elizabeth (Betty) Stearly, and two of her stepchildren.

Pat requested cremation with no funeral services. Moore funeral home will be handling her requests.
